We now celebrate that impact together with the <a title=\"European Commission\" href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/index_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Commission<\/a>, who have just honored us with their patronage. The Congress continues to strengthen the priority of <em>\u00ab\u00a0Open and innovative education and training, including by fully embracing the digital era\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, one out of the <b>6 new priorities for Education 2020 <\/b>in Europe, reinforcing the efforts of the European Commission\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/education\/policy\/strategic-framework_en\">Strategic <\/a>framework \u2013 Education &amp; Training 2020.
